Represents adults and children seeking social security disability benefits (SSI and SSD). Services include assisting individuals by preparing initial applications and function reports, handling appeals, representation at hearings, and representation in federal court appeals if necessary.

Provides assistance for individuals needing help with accessing primary medical care, case management/advocacy, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, drug detox, mental health evaluation and/or counseling, SSI/SSDI assistance from a public benefits specialist, OHP application assistance, assistance with completing coordinated entry assessments, and transportation to appointments.
