Portland Rescue Mission offers healing and life growth through Christian-based, trauma-informed care. At The Harbor, up to 38 men overcome substance use disorders and work towards self-sufficiency in a retreat-like setting. The Harbor residential programs begin with Discovery, a 5-week assessment, stabilization, and relapse prevention program. Discovery graduates are eligible to enter New Life, a one-year holistic recovery program. Transition programs are available upon completion of New Life.
