Provides information and referral services, application assistance (for Ashland senior utility and internet discounts and other public benefits), free passes for the RVTD bus or Valley Lift, caregiver resources, free library, small food pantry, and help with food resources. Onsite volunteers provide free help with advance directives and tutoring for computers, phones, and other devices.

Provides assistance with paying for the cost of some prescriptions. May also provide gas vouchers or bus fare for trips to medical appointments within service area. CARE must be able to contact the provider to verify the appointment.

Provides a breakfast twice a week. May be able to offer bus passes, laundry vouchers, hygiene items, and clothing when available.

Provides food boxes, pet food, clothing, showers, blood pressure checks, bus passes, legal information services, and benefit and housing resources.

Offers short-term emergency assistance to individuals and families experiencing temporary financial problems. Assistance may include personal items, sleeping bags, tents, propane and vouchers, and other related items. Rental and deposit assistance may be available after completing an application and interviewing process.

Provides a food pantry and clothing closet that includes shoes. Provides financial assistance for electric bills, prescriptions, and propane gas. Also provides bus tokens. Delivery is available for people who cannot come to the food pantry due to medical or transportation issues or other extenuating circumstances.

Provides a drop-in center that offers arts and music, mentoring, educational, and outdoor recreational programs. Additional supportive services include bus tickets, haircuts, clothing, and support for pregnancy and parenting. Also offer cooking classes, as well as breakfast and lunch meals. Accepts donations of food, clothing, and camping gear.

Provides food, clothing, diapers, showers, hygiene items, pet food, laundry facilities, bus fare, and temporary mailing addresses. Advocates are available to help connect individuals to community resources. Offers limited financial assistance in obtaining ID, storage fees, utility and phone bills, and rental applications. Also, provides outdoor gear when available. No overnight shelter or rental assistance.

Provides fresh food boxes including meat, vegetables, dairy items,bread, baby food and formula. Pet food is regularly available in the pantry. Limited monthly Senior Home Deliveries provided by volunteers for homebound seniors age 62 and older. Also provides TriMet bus fares.

The Community Garden is available to low-income families to raise their own vegetables. Water, greenhouse space, and gardening classes are provided. Gardeners give back by giving 10% of their harvest to the pantry.

Offers rent and energy assistance, on a case by case basis, one-way bus tickets depending on availability of funds, and food boxes (once per month). Referrals to other outreach organizations are also available.

Provides a thrift shop, household goods, bus passes for doctor appointments (no Greyhound tickets), prescription assistance, utility assistance (electric, housing gas, water, and propane), rent payment assistance, sheltering supplies (sleeping bags, tarps, and tents) and laundry assistance. Assistance is on a first come, first served basis and subject to available funds and amount of services previously given to an individual. Donations accepted.

Provides help with rent, utility payments, travel, and other needs.

Offers participants in 12 step recovery support with gas money and groceries. Members without other forms of transportation can access monthly bus passes for "The Wave" Tillamook.
