CALL TO SAFETY
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SERVICES
Provides information and referral, advocacy and safety planning, and transportation from danger to safety. Transportation is limited and dependent on funding.

Pre-screens and provides referrals for a Safety and Stabilization Assessment (SSA), which is required before accessing most direct domestic violence services.

Note: Also serves as an entry point into the Multnomah County Domestic Violence System Coordinated Access Program.

Eligibility: Survivor of domestic and/or sexual violence, stalking, human trafficking, and/or sex industry work, and their supportive family and friends. Domestic and/or sexual violence must have occurred within the last six months.

ANGEL FLIGHT WEST
Arranges air travel through donated flights. Missions flown include non-emergency medical transport to far-off medical treatment, specialty camps, domestic violence relocation, assistance for military personnel, blood/organ/tissue donations, and disaster response. Trips also cover compassion-related reasons, including but not limited to travel to visit or provide care for a critically ill family member.

The distance of travel is 101 miles minimum and 899 miles maximum. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and potential clients must have a physician's medical release to travel. Requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and assistance is not guaranteed.

Provides advocacy, protective order assistance, emergency sheltering, safety planning, court and medical/hospital accompaniment, referrals, support groups, and a crisis line.

Provides a crisis line, short-term emergency shelter, confidential walk-in center, peer counseling, transportation, temporary safe housing and access to transitional housing, support groups, medical and legal advocacy, outreach and education regarding domestic violence and sexual assault.

ILLINOIS VALLEY SAFE HOUSE ALLIANCE
SURVIVOR ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Provides a range of advocacy and support to survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault. Services include crisis intervention, court and medical accompaniment, peer advocacy, support groups, assistance with locating financial help, assistance with restraining and stalking orders, children's summer program, community education, referrals to meet emergency needs, and emergency shelter.

LOOKING GLASS COMMUNITY SERVICES
STATION 7
SAFE PLACE
Safe Place is a network of businesses, fire stations and Lane Transit District (LTD) buses that provide youth in crisis with immediate help. Youth can go to any Safe Place site, designated by a black and yellow sign on the outside of the building or bus, and say they need a "safe place." An employee at the site will call Looking Glass Station 7, an emergency shelter where staff will dispatch a trained volunteer to transport the youth to the shelter.

NATIONAL RUNAWAY SAFELINE
Provides anonymous and confidential crisis intervention, information and referral, message delivery, and conference services for homeless and runaway youth and their families. Free bus rides home to qualified youth via Greyhound's Home Free Program.

THE HARBOR
Offers a day center, domestic and sexual violence advocacy, culturally specific LGBTQ2+ and Latinx services, relocation assistance, transportation to a safe location, accompaniment to medical or forensic exams, assistance applying for Crime Victims Compensation, and information and referral to community agencies.
Provides educational programs for both youth and adults. These programs focus on raising awareness about the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence, understanding trauma, and promoting prevention strategies within the community.
