211info's Maternal and Child Health Program provides specialized information, referral, and follow-up services to individuals and family members of all genders covering needs and questions related to pregnancy, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and women's health across the life span, including resources for women with breast cancer.

Home visits conducted by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in the first 2 weeks after baby is born or adopted. IBCLCs create an individualized care plan to screen for and address barriers to successful chest/breastfeeding.

Provides screenings and diagnostics for prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety.

Prenatal care at NHC Tanasbourne Medical and Dental Clinic is offered through partnership with OHSU’s Hillsboro Medical Clinic. Patients who receive prenatal care at NHC will work with providers to make delivery arrangements at Hillsboro Medical Center. Prenatal care services include routine scheduled exams, lactation education and support, along with birth planning, postpartum, and well baby care.

Provides IUDs, vasectomies, contraceptives, sexually transmitted disease screenings, pap smears, and reproductive health counseling.

Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits.

Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.

A team of midwives and students serves families in a free-standing birth center and at homebirths, including waterbirths. Postpartum care begins in birthing center or at patient's home and continues for both mother and baby for up to 6 weeks. Postpartum care includes newborn exam/screening, hearing screening, weight-checks, any lab work needed for mother, and can end with a well-woman exam.

The Sky Lakes Family Birth Center offers childbirth classes, lactation consultation, and Baby Beginnings, a class for first-time parents. Prenatal care, delivery, and postnatal care, as well as well baby checkups and obstetric and gynecological services, are provided.

Provides naturopathic primary care for adults, older adults, and children. Services include health care for most conditions, food allergies and intolerances, weight management, motor vehicle accidents, physical medicine, massage, hydrotherapy, herbal prescription, cancer support, and referrals when needed. Provides birth coaching through doulas at prenatal, birth and postpartum.

Naturopathic midwifery. Pre-concepton, pregnancy, prenatal, post partum, parent and infant aftercare.
