OREGON STATE SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM
The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also known as "Summer Meals," provides free, nutritious meals and snacks to help children in low-income areas get the nutrition they need throughout the summer months. SFSP is run by approved sponsors, including school districts, local government agencies, camps, and private nonprofit organizations. Summer meal programs may serve a combination of breakfast, lunch, snack, or supper. Some programs also offer learning activities for kids before and after meals.

OREGON SUMMER EBT
Oregon Summer EBT is a grocery benefits program to help families buy food for their school-aged children during the summer when school is out. Families will get $120 for each eligible child. A one-time payment will be issued between June and September each summer. The Summer EBT benefit must be used 122 days after issuance.

Eligibility: If the family received Summer EBT in 2024 the family will automatically be eligible for Summer EBT 2025.

If the family was automatically eligible in 2024 because they were participating in SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare Foster Care or Medicaid, but stopped receiving these benefits after July 1, 2024. These households will need to apply to see if they are eligible based on their household size and income. More details about 2025 Summer EBT issuance will go out to families in early 2025.

Families can update their address through their Summer EBT online account.
Hours: The Summer EBT call center remains open to answer Summer EBT questions until November 29, 2024.

Provides information and eligibility for food, health, and child development programs. Services include SNAP (food stamps), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), food pantries, summer meal sites, the Family Planning Only birth control program, developmental screenings, and pregnancy and breastfeeding support.

Also connects parents with resources like parenting classes, home visiting, Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT), ASQ developmental screenings, and support for children with special health needs. A navigator program assists with health insurance applications through Washington Healthplanfinder, including Apple Health options and Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), and can help determine eligibility for tax credits.
