Provides a 24-hour crisis, resource, and referral line. Crisis counselors provide support for issues such as abuse, anger, anxiety, bullying, coping skills, dating and break-ups, depression, eating disorders, grief, parenting and relationship problems, self-esteem, self-injury, school, stress, suicide, and self-care. Offers a mobile app with a mood journal to track feelings in writing or emojis and get tips on how to identify triggers or deal with stressful situations.

CLARK COUNTY TEEN TALK
Trained teen volunteers offer anonymous, non-judgmental support to teens dealing with issues such as stress, school pressure, relationships, rumors, dating, gay/lesbian/bisexual issues, sex and STDs, drugs and alcohol and other challenges. Teens can connect over the phone, text, email, or post questions anonymously on the website bulletin board.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Provides anonymous and confidential help lines for substance abuse and problem gambling. Also offers a peer support warm line and the Teen Link line for youth issues. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support and offer referrals to local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling, and other community services. The resources section of the website also provides information addressing the same issues.

YOUTHLINE
Provides confidential crisis intervention, counseling, and referral line for youth and their families who are dealing with issues ranging from a bad test grade, running away from home, homelessness, or a recent breakup to such topics as depression, anxiety, bullying, pregnancy, self-harm, or substance use disorder.

The YouthLine is staffed by volunteers ages 15-18 who are supervised at all times by an adult. Volunteers from different high schools across the Portland Metro area complete 30 hours of crisis line training to develop peer helping skills and learn about substance use disorder and available treatment.
