All participants have the weekly support of a case manager, attend weekly Life Skills class, receive training on caring for their apartment, and weekly housing inspections. Participants are required to live a clean and sober lifestyle with random drug testing required.

Eligibility:
Individuals and families who meet the State of Oregon definition of
homelessness. Household must have some income but not exceed 80% of
the Area Median Income. Participants are required to live a clean
and sober lifestyle with random drug testing required.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Submit a completed application for each adult in the household.
Applications can be completed online, printed from website, or
available on-site. Applicants are placed on a waitlist and are
contacted when they are next in line for an opening. Call once a
month to check on the waitlist status. Contact the office if
contact information, family size, or income changes.
