ROGUE RETREAT
HOUSING RETREAT
Rogue Retreat's Housing Retreat program offers rent subsidies through the form of Project Based Vouchers for individuals and families who are currently homeless. Participants pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
Participants are invited to stay in the program until they are stable and ready to move on to more independent housing. During the time they are enrolled they meet regularly with their case manager and attend weekly life skills and housing education classes. Weekly inspections of the apartments occur and participants are required to live a clean and sober lifestyle with random drug testing required. At the completion of one year of the program, residents can request to move to a different property while continuing to have access to their voucher.
