HOPE VILLAGE
Provides shelter to individuals and couples in a community setting with 34 Alternative Dwelling Units (ADUs, or “tiny houses”) on the premises. Shared community space, community garden, kitchen trailer, and shower/restroom trailer are provided. Village residents are required to work with case managers, agree to behavioral rules, perform shared Village duties, pay a program fee, and maintain sobriety. Individuals are also required to donate a portion of their income to a savings fund curated by Hope Village.

Eligibility: Individuals and couples experiencing homelessness. Must be clean & sober for 30 days prior to entry and be able to provide a urinalysis with negative results. Must pass a background check; Those classified as sex offenders will be denied entry into the program.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Submit a completed application for each adult in the household. Applications can be completed online, printed from website, or available on-site. Applicants are placed on a waitlist and are contacted when they are next in line for an opening. Call once a month to check on the waitlist status. Contact the office if contact information, family size, or income changes.
FEES: -Months 1-3 $95/month
-Months 4-6 $195/month, of which $50/month goes into savings
-Months 9 and forward $395/month, of which $150/month goes into savings
-Utility fee $40/month
