INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call the Energy Assistance Information Line to verify if the waitlist is open. When the waitlist is open, caller providers: first and last name, phone number, and utility company.

Note: Voicemails do not guarantee a slot on the open waitlist. Waitlist is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

DOCUMENTS: IDs for everyone in the household 18 and older, Social Security cards or numbers for all household members who have one, income verification for the last 30 days for all household members who work or receive income (if receiving SSI, must have award letter from 2020), and current utility bill.
