Provides information about tenant rights and refers cases requiring legal advice or representation to attorneys at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, Fair Housing Council of Oregon, and Oregon Law Center. Culturally-specific intake and case workers located in geographically underserved areas. Also conducts outreach and tenant rights education in the community.
