Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be presented to landlords when applying for housing.

Eligibility:
For people with poor or no credit, past evictions, no rental
history, criminal history, and/or other screening barriers to
rental housing and who are low-income, at risk of homelessness, or
currently homeless.
