RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION REVOLVING LOAN AND GRANT PROGRAMS
Home rehabilitation loans and grant programs for low to moderate-income homeowners and is dependent on available funding. Allows for critical home repairs that address homeowners' health and safety issues and include energy conservation measures. Critical repairs include but not limited to; roofing, insulation, accessibility improvements, plumbing,
electrical repair/replacement, and removal of lead or hazardous materials.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in or visit website for more information or to fill out a Wait List form
FEES: None for grants. Fees included in loan, if approved. Loans have 0% interest and no monthly payments. Payment is due in full when the property is sold or refinanced, when it is no longer the primary residence of the homeowner, or after 30 years, whichever happens first.
