RENT ASSISTANCE
Provides a rental assistance program that combines financial assistance for rent and utilities with an action plan that household members design with a case manager. Participation is subject to funding availability.

Eligibility: Requirements vary by available funding. In general, applicants must:
-Have the ability to sustain living expenses without assistance in the near future
-Meet income guidelines and other requirements for available funding
-Meet HUD’s definition of homeless or at risk of homelessness
-Be willing to participate in case management
