DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES
Provides services for survivors of domestic, dating, and sexual violence and abuse. Services include:
-24-hour telephone crisis line and information and referral
-Confidential text & chat line
-Emergency shelter and transitional housing services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Shelter location is confidential.
-Individual and family counseling and support groups
-Legal advocacy to assist with temporary restraining orders and safety planning
-Housing advocacy and financial empowerment program to provide support for housing issues, as well as financial abuse recovery and planning
-Youth Services including individual and family supports, community building activities and support groups
-Violence prevention and community education
-Rural outreach services in Sandy, Estacada, Canby, and Molalla

YOUR LIFE YOUR VOICE HELP SERVICES
Provides a 24-hour crisis, resource, and referral line. Crisis counselors provide support for issues such as abuse, anger, anxiety, bullying, coping skills, dating and break-ups, depression, eating disorders, grief, parenting and relationship problems, self-esteem, self-injury, school, stress, suicide, and self-care. Offers a mobile app with a mood journal to track feelings in writing or emojis and get tips on how to identify triggers or deal with stressful situations.

-Peer domestic violence and sexual abuse support groups, including bilingual support groups
-Group support for friends and family of people in abusive relationships
-Bilingual parenting and life skills classes
-Community education
-Mental Health First Aid classes

Outreach offices in Heppner, Boardman, and Milton-Freewater. Provides comprehensive training for crisis response volunteers.

Support groups, classes, and community education: Unrestricted
Volunteers: Age 18 and older. Must pass a background check.

NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HOTLINE
LOVE IS RESPECT
Provides a hotline with one-on-one, confidential support. Trained advocates can offer emotional support, education, safety planning information, crisis intervention, and local resource referrals for situations relating to healthy relationships and dating abuse.
