Maternal Child Health Navigation is part of Clackamas County Access to Preventive Health (APH). APH centers access and reduces barriers to care across services to improve immunization rates, reproductive health, and maternal and childhood health and nutrition.

Provides a place for new parents, caregivers or lactating people to get chest/breastfeeding support and information from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and peers, and to drop in to nurse, change diapers, and connect with other parents and caregivers

Services are designed to fit the needs of each family. Families can choose where and how to meet with a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) at Blue Mountain Hospital. Also, the CLC can come to the family's home and discussed the benefits of breastfeeding.
