In partnership with local churches, provides legal camping, disposal of garbage, and portable restrooms to those living in their automobiles. Vehicles must be in operable condition.

Provides an area for individuals living in their vehicles to have a safe and organized place to stay. On-site restrooms, portable handwashing stations, trash services, and shelf-stable food are available. If the site is at maximum capacity, a spot must become available before another participant will be allowed in.
Only two adults are allowed per vehicle; however there is no limit on children within said vehicle. RVs and trailers are permitted. All potential clients are subject to a background check,

COUNCIL FOR THE HOMELESS
HOUSING SOLUTIONS CENTER
Provides telephone and/or in-person screening and assessment for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Telephone screenings are provided for emergency shelter (men's, women's, couples, and families) and winter shelter, including severe weather sites and homeless safe parking programs. Households are assessed for eligibility for housing/rent assistance programs (prevention, rapid re-housing, transitional, and permanent supportive), as well as diversion programs. Funding is limited and assistance is not guaranteed.

Safe Parking provides legal car camping for families and individuals experiencing homelessness and support to transition from living in vehicles into housing.

Vehicles must be operational with up-to-date registration.

Provides legal camping, free garbage disposal, and portable restrooms for those living in their vehicles (tents are not allowed). Participants are hosted by faith communities, businesses, nonprofit organizations, or government offices. Provides camper screening/placement, sanitation and trash pick-up, and parking site management at no cost to the host.

UNITY SHELTER
SAFEPLACE MICROSHELTERS AND SAFE CAMP
Provides transitional housing in the form of microshelters located in or near the parking lots of four partnering faith-based organizations. Offers case management and peer support for those housed within the microshelters. Also provides a safe place to park at one of the properties.
