Provides information on and answers questions about a variety of lung health issues. Areas of expertise include lung cancer, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, air quality, and smoking cessation. The helpline is staffed by registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and certified tobacco treatment specialists and counselors.

Also offers Freedom from Smoking, a smoking cessation program offering group clinics, informational guides, and interactive online programs. The program is based on addiction and behavior change models. The curriculum also includes the latest research about nicotine replacement therapy.
