Provides information on and answers questions about a variety of lung health issues. Areas of expertise include lung cancer, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, air quality, and smoking cessation. The helpline is staffed by registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and certified tobacco treatment specialists and counselors.

Also offers Freedom from Smoking, a smoking cessation program offering group clinics, informational guides, and interactive online programs. The program is based on addiction and behavior change models. The curriculum also includes the latest research about nicotine replacement therapy.

Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) is a nonprofit, community-based, volunteer medical clinic dedicated to providing free comprehensive medical services to low-income, underserved adults.

The Quit Line offers telephone, web-based info, and phone app based support services to help individuals quit using tobacco and nicotine products.

Yamhill Community Care coordinates health services for Medicaid members assigned to its Coordinated Care Organization (CCO). Provides specialized information and referrals to healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, for services such as dental care, eye care, pharmacies, and substance abuse. Members' wellness benefits may include pain management, weight management programs, and tobacco cessation programs.
