Provides an access point for being placed on Jackson County's Centralized Interest List for housing.

Housing and supportive services for homeless youth. Includes case management, employment and educational assistance, skill building, and recreational activities. Youth may remain in the program for up to two years. Some openings available for parenting youth.

Provides both short term and long term shelter options for youth. Services include housing focused case management, education planning, job and employment search assistance, life skills training, and other supports in transitioning to self-sufficiency.

Provides shelter for up to 18 months. Individuals will have access to a case manager, with the goal being self-sufficiency. Clients have access to an on-site food pantry, intensive case management, and phone, mail, and message services. Also offers life skills, nutrition, cooking, parenting, communication, health education, computer, and financial classes. Uninsured clients have access to on-site drug and alcohol treatment, mental health treatment, and a free medical clinic.

Provides subsidized housing to homeless youth or youth at risk of homelessness. These homes are located throughout Jackson County. Offers comprehensive case management, life skills classes, support in finding employment, and awareness of educational opportunities.

Provides transitional housing for youth, especially youth that were previously homeless and pregnant/parenting youth. Offers young people an opportunity to take charge of their lives. Operating on a self-government model, residents participate in every aspect of decision making within the program.

Offers housing options for those transitioning from homelessness or housing instability and moving toward independence. May also be able to assist with apartment finding, accessing vouchers and subsidies, and connecting to other services and resources.

-The Moxie, 24-bed transitional housing facility in downtown Portland
-Unity House, for LGBTQ2+ youth and young adults experiencing homelessness
-New Doors, independent shared housing for youth emerging from foster care or foster care alumni
-New Meadows, 15-unit housing complex connected to Bridge Meadows’ multigenerational community, for youth transitioning from or formerly in foster care
-Butterfly House, independent transitional housing program for youth in the sex trades

Clean and sober transitional housing for formerly homeless youth.

Provides on-site and community-supported housing, case management, and other support services for homeless youth. A few transitional housing units may be available for the houseless, parenting youth. Transitional housing is from 6-24 months. Parents with children are accepted for housing case management and transitional housing services and must participate in parent support case management.

Offers transitional housing for homeless and at-risk youth that offers structure and skills training that will help with transitioning into healthy self-sufficiency upon program graduation.

Provides group apartment living. Clients will have access to employment services, education services, and life skills classes.
