-Family Reunion Program for DHS-referred families: Program provides services to assist with preventing children from entering the foster care system and/or being reunited with their families after having been in foster care. Services include family advocacy, visitation, home visits, co-residency for children through age 5 whose mothers are in residential treatment, parent education, and mentoring.
-Family Services: During residential treatment, clients have access to family advocates who assist families with parenting-related needs.
Eligibility:
Families in which one or both parents are in substance abuse and/or
mental health treatment through Willamette Family. Priority to
families where children are at risk of removal from family to be
placed into foster care, or who are in foster care and are being
reunited with their parents.
